At The Texas Hunting & Fishing Guides for Veterans, we are a North Texas-based nonprofit dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our nation's heroes. Our mission is to promote self-esteem and foster supportive friendships by providing hunting and fishing trips for veterans.
We understand the challenges veterans face when transitioning back to civilian life. Many struggle with feelings of isolation and a lack of community. That is why we are committed to creating opportunities for connection and camaraderie. Through the tranquility of nature and the shared experiences of hunting and fishing, we help veterans rediscover joy, build confidence, and create lasting bonds with others who understand their journey.
Our organization is run entirely by dedicated volunteers from across North Texas. These passionate individuals donate their time and expertise to ensure every trip is a memorable and rewarding experience. From planning the excursions to outfitting participants with gear and equipment, our volunteers work tirelessly to provide an environment where veterans feel valued and supported.
